What documentation will I receive with my vehicle?
If you purchase a vehicle in the USA you will receive a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin title. If you purchase a European unit you will receive a COC, Certificate of Conformance, or equivalent title.
- How is payment arranged?
Payment can be handled two ways: ARL can arrange the entire transaction, from sourcing and inspecting a vehicle, to transporting it to shipping docks and making necessary repairs. We would then bill the vehicle costs along with shipping. Alternately, you can deal directly with a seller and allow us to arrange shipping once you've completed the purchase.
- Can I show my international customers shipping costs along with duties and taxes prior to finalizing a purchase?
Yes, ARL can provide a complete itemized estimate prior to shipping.
- What shipping options does ARL offer?
ARL can accomodate shipments of all dimensions worldwide. All our price quotes include delivery to a local port or to our New Jersey facilities. We work closely with many transportation vendors to offer RoRo service to most ports and containerized shipments to all ports worldwide
- What carriers do you use for shipping?
We use many different carriers depending on the needs of each particular shipment. Our shipping providers differ in terms of price, duration of trip, etc. We'll use our extensive contacts to find the right carrier for your specific needs.
